This is a nice genuine blue diamond labret, monroe, tragus, lip, ear etc. The diamond size is 2.63mm and is .07ct. The diamond is real and was mined from the ground. It is not fake, manmade, synthetic, coated, lab created, infused, color evaporated or dyed. This blue diamond does sparkle!! It is in surgical steel 316L. It is 16 gauge. The back disc base is 4mm. The post is internally threaded so that the diamond part screws inside the post. The pictures are of the actual item you will receive.
