This is a 1950''s handmade, vintage, cold shoulder, formal maxi dress with flutter sleeves, as well as floral designs in yellow, orange, and pink. This dress measures 56.5 inches from shoulder to hem, 14.25 inches from armpit to armpit, and 13 inches at the waist.
