I love this. Found it at an estate sale and had to find it a good home. Looks like an events poster but I don''t know who this person is. The first signature is pretty readable Michael P Smith the second is George something. It is numbered 531/1000. The poster looks like it has some wear at top possibly from being rolled. Framed in a good quality 26x19x1" metal from copper color. One corner has some wear- see picture. Great striking piece with style and in neutral tones. Good overall condition. some wear to glass at top of piece. See pictures.
